Position: Brand Champion

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reporting to the Events & Brand Activation Associate, the Brand Champion executes our telesales activities by reaching out to potential and existing customers directly by phone or other channels to encourage them to arrange site visits and talk to the Sales team.
  • Uses data provided by the Sales and Marcoms teams to generate promising leads with persuasion and persistence.
  • Provides brand recognition by leaving potential customers with an excellent impression of Alaro City and Rendeavour through effective customer relations, empathy, and effective communication skills.
  • Plays a key role in our attendance at conferences, industry events, and shopping centre activations by actively and confidently networking with prospective clients and generating new leads.
  • Leads and orchestrates early-stage sales conversations. Draws prospects into our sales funnel by persuading them to visit our stand, view demos, visit Alaro City etc.
  • Enters data about sales interactions into CRM and manages follow-up of prospects.
  • Works with Marcoms Operations & Research Associate to generate new targets and add to the CRM.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills for effective telesales activities, including persuasion and persistence.
  • Ability to leave potential customers with a positive impression through effective customer relations and empathy.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and the ability to generate promising leads using data provided.
  • Confidence and effectiveness in networking with prospective clients at conferences, industry events, and shopping center activations.
  • Proven ability to actively generate new leads and draw prospects into the sales funnel through early-stage sales conversations.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and the ability to enter data about sales interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Effective management of follow-up activities with prospects.
  • Skill in orchestrating early-stage sales conversations and effectively guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to effectively represent the brand at various events, conferences, and activations.
  • A customer-centric approach with the goal of providing an excellent customer experience and fostering brand recognition.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the telesales activities.
