These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the relationship between Alaro City Development FZC (“Alaro City”) as the promoter of this campaign and you as a participant. Please read these T&Cs and do not accept unless you agree to them. Signify your acceptance by checking the ‘‘accept’’ box.

  1. This promotional campaign is being sponsored by Alaro City (the “Promoter”). Please find out more information about Alaro City FZC here: Alaro City.
  2. Purchase a Universal One apartment with a 25% down payment and receive the following PEDINI kitchen appliances fitted in the apartment: (i) a built in microwave (BFL524MS0B), (ii) a 60cm built in Oven (HBF011CR1M), (iii) 90cm stainless steel gas hob with iron cast (PCR9A5B90), (d) 90cm Box type wall mounted extractor (DWB94BC51B), (e) 60cm built in dishwasher (SMV40C30GB),and (f) free standing fridge/freezer (KDN26N12N5).
  3. This offer is valid from 12:00 WAT on 20 July 2024 – 23:59 on 31 August 2024.
  4. All participants must be a Nigerian citizens of 18 years and above living within and outside Nigeria. Proof of age and citizenship will be required to claim the PEDINI kitchen appliances.
  5. To qualify for the promotion, the participant is required to (i) buy an apartment Universal Home located in Alaro City, (ii), make a 25% deposit for the apartment, or outright payment for the apartment, on or before 31August 2024 and (iii) execute an offer letter/term sheet for the purchase of the apartment in Universal Homes.
  6. Qualified participants cannot transfer their PEDINI kitchen appliances to anyone.
  7. The incentive is as stated and is not redeemable for cash, or other forms of credit.
  8. By entering the promotion, participants automatically sign up for the Alaro City newsletter and consent to be contacted by the Promoter’s team for purposes of marketing and promotion of the Promoter’s real estate products.
  9. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not permitted to participate.
  10. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website remain the responsibility of the participant and are dependant on their internet service provider.
  11. The participant consents to the collection of their personal information by the Promoter. The Promoter will only disclose this information for the purpose of this campaign, unless compelled or permitted by law.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign and change these terms and conditions without prior notice at any stage during the competition.
  13. If any of these terms and conditions are found to be void or unenforceable, that term shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
  14. Any delay or failure in the performance by the Promoter shall be excused if it is caused by a Force Majeure event. Force Majeure events include: acts of God, fires, floods, pandemics, explosions, riots, wars, hurricanes, sabotage, terrorism, vandalism, accidents, restraints by governments, injunctions, labor strikes, and such other events which are beyond the anticipation of the Promoter; and
  15. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
