Special Offer Promotion – Alaro City Christmas Advent Campaign

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the relationship between Alaro City Development FZC (“Promoter”) as the promoter of this campaign and you as a participant. Please read these T&Cs and only accept if you agree to them. Signify your acceptance by checking the ‘‘accept’’ box.

1. This promotional campaign is being sponsored by the Promoter. Please find out more information about Alaro City here: Alaro City.

2. Eligibility

(a) Local Campaign: To be eligible, the individual must 18 years and above living within Nigeria. Proof of age and residency will be required to claim the prize.
(b) Diaspora Campaign: To be eligible, the individual must 18 years and above living outside Nigeria. Proof of age and residency abroad will be required to claim the prize.

3. Participation and Rewards

Local Campaign Participation: Participants must meet the following requirements to qualify for rewards:

(a) 30% Non-Refundable Deposit toward an industrial or residential plot by 25 December 2024 and receive a two-night stay for up to 3 family members, including 1 child, at Delborough Hotel or any other 5-star hotel located in Lagos, fully paid dining, and spa day treatments for two family members.
(b) Make a 20% Non-Refundable Deposit towards an industrial or residential plot or 25% Non-Refundable Deposit towards a Universal One apartment on or before 25 December 2024. The successful participants will receive (i) Christmas hamper worth ₦2 million and (ii) tickets for a two-hour riverboat cruise and dinner for up to four (4) family members.
(c) Make a 10% Non-Refundable Deposit towards an industrial or residential plot or 20% towards a Universal One apartment by 25 December 2024. The successful participants shall receive a voucher for a two-hour family photoshoot session.
(d) Refer a client to Alaro City via , who visits Alaro City by 14 January 2025. The successful participant will receive a ₦100,000 shopping voucher at Delis Grocery in Lagos.

4. Campaign Period

The campaign period for the promotional offer concludes on 25 December 2024 for both the Local Campaign and the Diaspora Campaign, with all qualifying investments required to be made by 23:59 WAT on that date. However, the referral aspect of the Local Campaign extends beyond this, allowing referrals to be submitted until 23:59 WAT on 14 January 2025.

5. General Conditions

5.1 Rewards are redeemable upon down payment and execution of the offer letter and/or term sheet. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, credits, or transferred and must be used as stated.
5.2 Any expenses associated with accessing or utilizing rewards beyond what is specified remain the participant’s responsibility.
5.3 By entering the promotion, participants consent to receiving marketing communications from Alaro City, subscribing to its newsletter and to be contacted by the Promoter’s team for purposes of marketing and promotion of the Promoter’s real estate products.
5.4 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not permitted to participate.
5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the campaign or T&Cs at any stage without prior notice.
5.6 Participants are responsible for any costs associated with accessing the promotional website, which may vary depending on their internet service provider.
5.7 The participant consents to the collection of their personal information by the Promoter. The Promoter will only disclose this information for the purpose of conducting the competition, unless compelled or permitted by law.
5.8 If any of these terms and conditions are found to be void or unenforceable, that term shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
5.9 Any delay or failure in the performance by the Promoter shall be excused if it is caused by a Force Majeure event. Force Majeure events include: acts of God, fires, floods, pandemics, explosions, riots, wars, hurricanes, sabotage, terrorism, vandalism, accidents, restraints by governments, injunctions, labor strikes, and such other events which are beyond the anticipation of the Promoter; and
5.10 These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
