A consummate real estate professional, Odunayo has been involved in property development, asset management, private equity and advisory services for various asset classes including master planned communities, mixed-use schemes, shopping centres, commercial buildings and hotels. Working in offices on three continents, he has held such roles as Director of Development and Projects at Eagle Hills Abu Dhabi, Development Director at Laurus Development Partners, Vice President at Ocean and Oil Holdings and Business Manager at UACN Property Development Company.
Odunayo is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and a Registered Surveyor and Valuer (RSV).
He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Estate Management.
Formerly with Renaissance Capital, Olugbenga moved to Rendeavour six years ago and has focused on providing management across operations, stakeholder relations and finance for the Nigeria office and projects.
Olugbenga is a qualified medical doctor and qualified accountant.
Free Zone Operations Manager
Oladunni is an experienced free zone administrator with practical knowledge of the Nigeria Free Zone environment. With over a decade in free zone administration, Oladunni has participated in numerous stakeholder engagements around the ease of doing business in the free trade zone.
Due to her expertise, she was nominated as one of the private zone representatives trained by Nigeria Customs Service on the use of NICIS II application which is mainly for trade facilitation in a free zone territory.
Oladunni, an Associate member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and MBA from a Nigerian University.
Bailey Fernando Ligtas
Bailey was formerly a Construction Engineer with AECOM Arabia for Jeddah Storm Drainage Project (JSDP) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Bailey was also a Senior Resident Engineer with Hill International for Al Fateh University projects in Libya. Bailey was also an Assistant Resident Engineer in various project in dubai, UAE. Before joining Rendeavour, he was a Construction Manager with Laurus Development Partners Nigeria Ltd. for Heritage Place Building (LEED) in Lagos and Jabi Lake Mall in Abuja, Nigeria.
Sola Akinmoladun worked as a Senior Construction Associate at Mixta Nigeria where he was responsible for buildings and urban infrastructure project and development management functions. He has worked on various urban scale mixed use, residential hospitality and golf schemes. His career experience, over 15 years, has spanned design, project management and development management. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Architecture from the Obafemi Awolowo University, an M.Sc. in Construction Engineering from the American University in Cairo and a post graduate degree in real estate finance from the Middlesex University under the international finance faculty. He is also a Chartered Architect, a member of the Project Management Institute and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
Imade is a seasoned professional with experience in finance, audit and advisory spanning several industries including oil & gas, FMCG and telecommunications. Prior to joining Rendeavour, she served as Deputy Finance Manager at Prime Atlantic Cegelec Nigeria. Prior to this, she was a Semi-Senior Associate, Audit at KPMG Professional Services and a Relationship Manager at Ecobank Nigeria. She is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Bukola Lawal is a Nigerian qualified lawyer with a Msc in Finance and Finance Law from the University of London. Prior to joining Rendeavour, Bukola worked at Standard Bank Offshore and Stanbic IBTC Bank as the Offshore Manager and Relationship Manager respectively. At Standard Bank Offshore, she was the Manager responsible for growing the offshore business in Nigeria and Ghana. At Stanbic IBTC, she was a Relationship Manager in Private Banking and Wealth Advisory responsible for managing high net-worth Individuals. She is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators, London.

Funke Beke is a Realtor with vast experience in residential properties across Nigeria. She had worked with a leading residential developer, most notable for their Lakowe Lakes Golf and Country Estate, where she worked as a Sales Relations Officer responsible for driving and achieving sales targets for the estate. She also worked with the ARM Group for a period of 12 years with different subsidiaries and gained vast experience across operational and sales activities.

Adeyemi worked as a Key Account Manager at Jumia Nigeria, with responsibility for ensuring continuous growth of new and existing business. He successfully developed a risk management practice which directed the creation and implementation of business continuity for merchants as well as meeting sales targets by 150% in 2018, which was the highest incremental sales ever for his category.
Before Jumia Nigeria, he worked at KONGA for four years, where he built his skills in sales, strategic business development and marketing. Creativity, drive and negotiation are Adeyemi's greatest strengths. He thrives on all kinds of challenges, especially those that expand the company’s reach.

Oluwatobi worked as an MBA Intern at Northcourt Real Estate Firm, a real estate investment solutions company. While at Northcourt, he generated and executed brokerage deals.
Prior to that he was with Gbenga Olaniyan & Associates, an indigenous real estate firm, most notable for their property and asset valuation services, as an Estate Surveyor he gathered valuable experiences and performed various real estate duties such as Property Valuations, Property & Facility Management, Property Brokerage as well as Project Management.
With a BSc in Estate Management and MBA from Lagos Business School & IESEG School of Management France, Oluwatobi is a consummate professional driven by integrity, value and excellence.
Ayotunde is a Project Associate at Alaro City and supports the project delivery function, proving strategic support to operations, finance and internal controls. He is a civil engineering graduate with multidisciplinary experience in the engineering and financial sectors.
Prior to joining Alaro City, Ayotunde worked as an Associate at CardinalStone Partners, an independent multi-asset investment management firm, where he was responsible for execution of various capital market and M&A transactions in addition to providing advisory services to companies in various sectors of the Nigerian economy. Before this, he worked as a graduate engineer at Ove Arup and Partners Nigeria Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading engineering consultancy companies.
Tominiyi has extensive research experience gained from his role as an Analyst at Vetiva Capital Management Limited covering Financial Markets, Oil & Gas, Industrial Goods and Agriculture. He also worked as an Analyst in the Product Management Unit at Pagatech Limited. Tominiyi is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a qualified member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, West Africa.
Chidi has previously worked in the Maritime industry, at the Nigerian Chamber of Shipping, where he was responsible for Administrative functions.

Yomi is a New York qualified attorney with significant legal and business experience across three continents, including corporate and project finance, mergers & acquisitions and urban land development projects. Yomi has been with Rendeavour since its inception and prior to that worked with Renaissance Capital and Renaissance Partners.
Yomi started his career in the New York and London offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges and then Latham & Watkins. He has a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Illinois Wesleyan University.
Legal Counsel, West Africa
Adejoke is an astute commercial lawyer with broad-based and cross-geographical experience. She has worked both in the private and public sector, and brings to bear her extensive experience working in legal practice with Templars and in various in-house roles including as Attorney for Nigeria and the Gulf of Guinea countries at Schlumberger.
Adejoke holds an LLB from the University of Warwick and an LLM in International Business Law from the London School of Economics and is admitted to the Nigerian Bar.

Chinwe has over 20 years of experience in strategic advisory, asset management, and portfolio rationalization transactions for various property sectors. She spent 14 years with Jones Lang LaSalle where she opened the West Africa office in Nigeria, established the French International desk in Paris serving global fortune 500 corporates, and worked on PPP Housing Privatization initiatives with the US Military in Washington DC.
Chinwe holds an MBA from Harvard, a BA High Honors from Dartmouth and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
She sits on the Women In Housing Sector Initiative (WIHSI) board, and serves as a guest lecturer at the Lagos Business School Strategy department.

Tim has lived and worked in emerging markets for much of his career.
Prior to joining Rendeavour, he spent five years with leading global public relations agency Porter Novelli, based in Lagos, Nigeria. His work included numerous corporate and marketing briefs for global clients across a broad range of industries, from large pharmaceutical companies and telecommunications, to airlines, FMCG and the financial sector. He has an in-depth understanding of media, crisis management, branding, advertising, digital and marketing, as well as workplace training and development.

Odema is a Human Resources professional with experience covering recruitment and manpower planning, training and development, compensation and benefits and employee welfare.
She began her career at Lehman Brother’s European headquarters in London and has gained extensive experience from other private sector establishments, such as Nomura International, Stanbic IBTC PLC, Asset and Resource Management (ARM Investments) and Linetrale Petroleum Limited.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Biodiversity Conservation from the University of Kent and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Business from the University of Leeds, she is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
