She had worked with a leading residential developer, most notable for their Lakowe Lakes Golf and Country Estate, where she worked as a Sales Relations Officer responsible for driving and achieving sales targets for the estate. She also worked with the ARM Group for a period of 12 years with different subsidiaries and gained vast experience across operational and sales activities.

Oluwaseyi is a seasoned Corporate Affairs professional with over 17 years of experience leading strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management across diverse industries and markets.

She has held leadership roles in top multinational organisations including Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited and British American Tobacco Nigeria (BATN), where she played a pivotal role in shaping corporate reputation and driving stakeholder alignment across West Africa. As a registered civil engineer and certified construction project manager, Olorunfemi possesses proficiency in planning and coordinating complex projects from their inception to completion.

Oluwatobi is a dynamic and driven Finance Professional with over 6 years of experience in the Banking industry. She is proficient in Business Analysis given her hands-on experience in Strategic planning, Business Transformation, Project Management, and Corporate Strategy Execution while at Access Bank

With a penchant for disruptive innovation, she worked on several business transformation projects and innovative initiatives such as the transitioning of Access bank into a Holdco structure which has enabled optimal performance while driving change.

Abdulwasiu is a Civil and Infrastructure Design Engineer that works with other engineers and construction professionals to design, supervise and prepare tender documents for roads, buildings, stormwater drains, culverts, and other civil engineering structures. Before joining Alaro City, Abdulwasiu worked as a senior Structural Engineer with Team Nigeria Limited, a Civil/Infrastructure design consulting firm, where he was involved in the design and supervision of the Lagos-Ibadan section of the Lagos-Kano railway modernization project in Nigeria. Before this, he worked as a Civil/Structural engineer with the Harney project, where he was involved in the design and construction of building frames, retaining walls, rigid pavements, and other civil engineering structures.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the prestigious Igbinedion University, Okada, and a Master of Engineering Management Degree in Project Management from the University of Ibadan.

Prior to joining Alaro City, he worked as an Operations Analyst and Project Engineer at Uraga Power Solutions Limited where he developed and implemented optimization strategies and policies that increased the efficiency of the Apapa and Sagamu power plant led to a reduction in power outages and reduced equipment maintenance cost through condition-based monitoring strategies. Prior to joining Alaro city, he has worked for industries such as : Engeepet Company, Quest Oil & Engineering Service Ltd, TopTech Engineering Ltd, Biswal Nig Ltd, IHS Towers Nigeria Ltd and JMG Nigeria Ltd where he ensured smooth plant operation, carried out lube oil servicing and plant general maintenance on heavy duty diesel engine and gas engine such as Mitsubishi 1.8MW engines & Cummins 1MW engines.

He monitored the plant load and gas flow rate, calculated the daily load generated and gas consumption, regulated & carried out maintenance on the PRMS components such as regulator valve, actuator valve and compressor system, identified & rectified electrical fault on the low voltage panels.

Akinyeye Adedeji is a skilled technician with a deep knowledge and understanding of Power Plant Operations, with over 6 years of experience as a Generator Service Technician, specializing in diagnosis, repair, maintenance and overhaul of Gas and Diesel Genset.
He holds a Higher National Degree (HND) in Mechanical Engineering (Power Plant Option) from Lagos State Polytechnic.

Prior to joining Alaro city, he worked as a Generator Technician at Quest oil and Engineering Services (NBC Coca-Cola Plant B Ikeja) a 6MW plant where he specialized in performing of routine maintenance on the Gensets, diagnosis and rectifying mechanical and electrical issues, servicing and performing major and minor repair on the Gas and Diesel gensets contributing to the smooth running of the plant which in turn minimized shutdown and ensured uninterrupted power supply.
Adedeji worked as a Field Service Technician at Jubaili Bros Engineering where he ensured that the Genset at the customers residence are in optimal working condition and carried out routine preventive and corrective maintenance on the Genset promptly and efficiently as at when needed.

Elizabeth earned a Bachelor’s degree in History and International Studies from the University of Benin. She is proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and is known for her strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Driven by a passion for excellence and growth, Elizabeth plays a key role in supporting internal coordination and upholding the brand experience at Alaro City. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and learning new languages.

A key member of Rendeavour Nigeria and Alaro City teams until she passed away tragically in 2024, Odema was an exceptional leader.

Odema was the first Group Head of Human Resources at Rendeavour. She founded Renwoman, a group focused on supporting professional women at Rendeavour with mentoring and addressing the challenges and opportunities of women in the workplace. Renwoman ultimately expanded from Rendeavour Nigeria to the wider Rendeavour Group and then on to Renmoney. Odema’s career trajectory was nothing short of remarkable, starting from Human Resources Manager in Nigeria, progressing to the Group Head of Human Resources, then on to the Head of Operations in Nigeria, and ultimately assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer of Rendeavour in Nigeria.

One of Odema’s enduring legacies is the fast growth and success of Alaro City, a testament to her unwavering dedication, work ethic and leadership. Alaro City will forever bear the mark of her contributions.
