Prior to joining Alaro City FZC, Yomi worked with Renaissance Capital and Renaissance Partners, where he worked on numerous private placements and a number of private equity deals. A New York qualified attorney, Yomi began his career in the New York and London offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges and then Latham & Watkins.
Yomi has a Juris Doctor degree from The Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a concentration in International Relations, from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Odema is a Human Resources professional with experience covering recruitment and manpower planning, training and development, compensation and benefits and employee welfare.
She began her career at Lehman Brother’s European headquarters in London and has gained extensive experience from other private sector establishments, such as Nomura International, Stanbic IBTC PLC, Asset and Resource Management (ARM Investments) and Linetrale Petroleum Limited.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Biodiversity Conservation from the University of Kent and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Business from the University of Leeds, she is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Babatunde is a Marketing, Sales and Communications expert with a proven record of impact across many industries. He currently leads the marketing and communications functions at Alaro City FZC as Head of Corporate Affairs.
Before joining Rendeavour, Babatunde led similar functions at Google, Perform Media and three of Nigeria’s iconic ad agencies.

Khadija’s legal career spans over 16 years working in some of the most prestigious law firms in the country, where she led teams and several turn-key legal projects in both the corporate and public sectors of the economy. Prior to joining Alaro City FZC, Khadija led the Competition Law Practice Unit at the prestigious firm of Olaniwun Ajayi LP.
Khadija holds an LL.B from the University of Ibadan and an LLM, Corporate Commercial Law from University College London.
ABIOLA SANNI, CFA, FCCA
Head of Finance
Abiola is a finance professional with over 16 years work experience at some of the most reputable companies within and outside Nigeria. His experience spans Financial Advisory, Corporate Finance, Treasury Management and Corporate Financial Performance Management across many industries including Financial Services, Telecoms, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Hospitality (Hotels and Recreation Park), Power & Infrastructure, Real Estate, Electronic Security, and Non-banking Financial Services.
He started his career at PwC Nigeria, where he was involved in many high-profile projects. Prior to joining Alaro City FZC, Abiola worked at one of the most notable Nigerian conglomerates, Honeywell Group, and most recently at Techno Brain Group, a global IT company with presence in over 21 African countries.
Abiola has a BSc. (first class) in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from the Indian School of Business. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and also a CFA charter holder.
Free Zone Operations Manager
Oladunni is an experienced free zone administrator with practical knowledge of the Nigeria Free Zone environment. With over a decade in free zone administration, Oladunni has participated in numerous stakeholder engagements around the ease of doing business in the free trade zone.
Due to her expertise, she was nominated as one of the private zone representatives trained by Nigeria Customs Service on the use of NICIS II application which is mainly for trade facilitation in a free zone territory.
Oladunni, an Associate member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and MBA from a Nigerian University.
Bailey Fernando Ligtas
Bailey was formerly a Construction Engineer with AECOM Arabia for Jeddah Storm Drainage Project (JSDP) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Bailey was also a Senior Resident Engineer with Hill International for Al Fateh University projects in Libya. Bailey was also an Assistant Resident Engineer in various project in Dubai, UAE. Before joining Alaro City FZC, he was a Construction Manager with Laurus Development Partners Nigeria Ltd. for Heritage Place Building (LEED) in Lagos and Jabi Lake Mall in Abuja, Nigeria.
Estelle is a Human Resource , Administration and Operations professional, with experience in various industries including Oil & Gas, Advertising, Hospitality and Education in the Social Impact space. Estelle holds a bachelor's degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Kent, Canterbury England and a post graduate diploma in Legal Practice from the BPP University.
Femi Akindele has over 24 years of experience in civil, building construction, and project management. He is a certified civil engineer and a certified construction project manager who is accomplished in commercial civil and building construction projects quickly and cost-effectively. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the American Academy of Project Management (Nigeria Chapter).
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Contract Project and Facility Management, a Corporate Member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), a Certified Member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt Holder (CSSGB).
Femi cut his teeth with G.Cappa Plc and Grinaker-LTA of South Africa where he majored in the construction of high-rise luxury apartments and road construction. He had previously held various portfolios such as Head Project Management at Stanbic IBTC Holding, Divisional Head Projects at XL Management Ghana Limited (a subsidiary of Standard Trust Bank), Manager -Facilities, Properties and Premises at Centrum Properties (a subsidiary of Sahara Energy Group), Zonal Head Admin at the then Oceanic Bank, and Construction Project Manager for various private companies such as Plural Konsult Limited, Beton Bau Nigeria Limited, and Armborg Global Resources Limited.
Ifeyinwa Nwaoyo, a COREN registered Engineer, is a seasoned Energy professional with seven years’ experience in the Nigerian Power and Energy Industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering from Covenant University and a Master’s degree in Energy and Technology Management from the University of Ibadan. An alumnus of the National Power Training Institute (NAPTIN), her foray into the power sector began as a Power Systems Engineer in the Sahara Group-owned Ikeja Electric – Nigeria’s largest Distribution Company. She served in various roles acquiring experience in Network Planning and Optimization, Energy and Operations Management, and has supervised several medium voltage network rehabilitation projects.
Ifeyinwa also worked as a Business Development Executive with Uraga Power Solutions Limited, a member company of the Honeywell Group, developing new business opportunities in the fossil-fired and solar space as well as managing regulator relations.

Eyitene is an attorney qualified to practice in New York and Nigeria, and has significant experience practicing in the private and public sectors within and outside Nigeria.
She started her career in the Energy practice group of Banwo & lghodalo, a Nigerian commercial law firm, where she advised Nigerian and international oil and gas and power companies on transactions in the Nigerian energy sector.
Prior to joining Alaro City FZC, Eyitene clerked for the President Judge at the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.
She obtained her law degree (first class) from the University of Hull and has a Master of Laws degree from Cornell University.
Ayotunde is a Project Associate at Alaro City and supports the project delivery function, proving strategic support to operations, finance and internal controls. He is a civil engineering graduate with multidisciplinary experience in the engineering and financial sectors.
Prior to joining Alaro City, Ayotunde worked as an Associate at CardinalStone Partners, an independent multi-asset investment management firm, where he was responsible for execution of various capital market and M&A transactions in addition to providing advisory services to companies in various sectors of the Nigerian economy. Before this, he worked as a graduate engineer at Ove Arup and Partners Nigeria Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading engineering consultancy companies.

Chidi is a lawyer with significant experience advising governments, financiers, supranationals and other local and multinational corporates
on transactions and projects such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, equity and debt capital markets, oil and gas, project development, insurance and tax structuring inward and outward Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa. Chidi has advised on transactions with a cumulative value in excess of US$20 billion.
Chidi’s previous experience includes a role with the corporate and commercial group at Nigerian law firm, Aluko & Oyebode, and a secondment at the London offices of Slaughter and May. He obtained his law degree from the University of Nigeria, and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

Bukola Lawal is a Nigerian qualified lawyer with a Msc in Finance and Finance Law from the University of London. Prior to joining Alaro City FZC, Bukola worked at Standard Bank Offshore and Stanbic IBTC Bank as the Offshore Manager and Relationship Manager respectively. At Standard Bank Offshore, she was the Manager responsible for growing the offshore business in Nigeria and Ghana. At Stanbic IBTC, she was a Relationship Manager in Private Banking and Wealth Advisory responsible for managing high net-worth Individuals. She is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators, London.
