Yomi is a business leader with significant experience building and running transformational businesses and teams. His expertise spans urban land development projects, corporate and project finance and mergers & acquisitions. Yomi’s extensive track record of performance and a network built across three continents uniquely position him to drive large scale projects that create and deliver significant value for all stakeholders.

Prior to joining Rendeavour, Yomi worked with Renaissance Capital and Renaissance Partners, where he worked on numerous private placements and a number of private equity deals. A New York qualified attorney, Yomi began his career in the New York and London offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges and then Latham & Watkins.

Yomi has a Juris Doctor degree from The Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a concentration in International Relations, from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Odema Ogbeh

Head of Operations

Odema is a Human Resources professional with experience covering recruitment and manpower planning, training and development, compensation and benefits and employee welfare.

She began her career at Lehman Brother’s European headquarters in London and has gained extensive experience from other private sector establishments, such as Nomura International, Stanbic IBTC PLC, Asset and Resource Management (ARM Investments) and Linetrale Petroleum Limited.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Biodiversity Conservation from the University of Kent and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Business from the University of Leeds, she is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Babatunde Olaifa

Head of Corporate Affairs

Babatunde is a Marketing, Sales and Communications expert with a proven record of impact across many industries. He currently leads the marketing and communications functions at Rendeavour West Africa as Head of Corporate Affairs.

Before joining Rendeavour, Babatunde led similar functions at Google, Perform Media and three of Nigeria’s iconic ad agencies.

Khadija Belgore-Yusuf

Head of Legal and Compliance

Khadija’s legal career spans over 16 years working in some of the most prestigious law firms in the country, where she led teams and several turn-key legal projects in both the corporate and public sectors of the economy. Prior to joining Rendeavour, Khadija led the Competition Law Practice Unit at the prestigious firm of Olaniwun Ajayi LP.

Khadija holds an LL.B from the University of Ibadan and an LLM, Corporate Commercial Law from University College London.


Head of Finance

Abiola is a finance professional with over 16 years work experience at some of the most reputable companies within and outside Nigeria. His experience spans Financial Advisory, Corporate Finance, Treasury Management and Corporate Financial Performance Management across many industries including Financial Services, Telecoms, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Hospitality (Hotels and Recreation Park), Power & Infrastructure, Real Estate, Electronic Security, and Non-banking Financial Services.

He started his career at PwC Nigeria, where he was involved in many high-profile projects. Prior to joining Rendeavour, Abiola worked at one of the most notable Nigerian conglomerates, Honeywell Group, and most recently at Techno Brain Group, a global IT company with presence in over 21 African countries.

Abiola has a BSc. (first class) in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from the Indian School of Business. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and also a CFA charter holder.

Oladunni Kareem

Free Zone Operations Manager

Oladunni is an experienced free zone administrator with practical knowledge of the Nigeria Free Zone environment. With over a decade in free zone administration, Oladunni has participated in numerous stakeholder engagements around the ease of doing business in the free trade zone.
Due to her expertise, she was nominated as one of the private zone representatives trained by Nigeria Customs Service on the use of NICIS II application which is mainly for trade facilitation in a free zone territory.
Oladunni, an Associate member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and MBA from a Nigerian University.

Sola Akinmoladun

Project Manager

Sola Akinmoladun worked as a Senior Construction Associate at Mixta Nigeria where he was responsible for buildings and urban infrastructure project and development management functions. He has worked on various urban scale mixed use, residential hospitality and golf schemes. His career experience, over 15 years, has spanned design, project management and development management. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Architecture from the Obafemi Awolowo University, an M.Sc. in Construction Engineering from the American University in Cairo and a post graduate degree in real estate finance from the Middlesex University under the international finance faculty. He is also a Chartered Architect, a member of the Project Management Institute and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Nigerian Society of Engineers.

Estelle Dimka

Operations Manager

Estelle is a Human Resource , Administration and Operations professional, with experience in various industries including Oil & Gas, Advertising, Hospitality and Education in the Social Impact space. Estelle holds a bachelor's degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Kent, Canterbury England and a post graduate diploma in Legal Practice from the BPP University.

Bailey Fernando Ligtas

Construction Manager

Bailey was formerly a Construction Engineer with AECOM Arabia for Jeddah Storm Drainage Project (JSDP) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Bailey was also a Senior Resident Engineer with Hill International for Al Fateh University projects in Libya. Bailey was also an Assistant Resident Engineer in various project in dubai, UAE. Before joining Rendeavour, he was a Construction Manager with Laurus Development Partners Nigeria Ltd. for Heritage Place Building (LEED) in Lagos and Jabi Lake Mall in Abuja, Nigeria.

Eyitene Iwere

Business Execution Coordinator

Eyitene is an attorney qualified to practice in New York and Nigeria, and has significant experience practicing in the private and public sectors within and outside Nigeria.

She started her career in the Energy practice group of Banwo & lghodalo, a Nigerian commercial law firm, where she advised Nigerian and international oil and gas and power companies on transactions in the Nigerian energy sector.

Prior to joining Rendeavour, Eyitene clerked for the President Judge at the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.

She obtained her law degree (first class) from the University of Hull and has a Master of Laws degree from Cornell University.

Michael Osakwe, CFA

Transaction Associate

Michael’s professional experience spans across Engineering, Banking, Private Equity, Investment Management and Real Estate.
He currently serves as a transaction associate at Alaro City, ensuring seamless execution of all elements from deal initiation to completion.
He holds a bachelor degree in Engineering, a master’s degree in Investment Management from the Cranfield School of Management and has earned the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation.

Michael is an avid reader and loves volunteering for causes that make an indelible impact on the lives of people.

Ayotunde Olowofoyeku

Project Associate

Ayotunde is a Project Associate at Alaro City and supports the project delivery function, proving strategic support to operations, finance and internal controls. He is a civil engineering graduate with multidisciplinary experience in the engineering and financial sectors.

Prior to joining Alaro City, Ayotunde worked as an Associate at CardinalStone Partners, an independent multi-asset investment management firm, where he was responsible for execution of various capital market and M&A transactions in addition to providing advisory services to companies in various sectors of the Nigerian economy. Before this, he worked as a graduate engineer at Ove Arup and Partners Nigeria Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading engineering consultancy companies.

Chidiebere Odoemenam

Legal and Free Zone Associate

Chidi is a lawyer with significant experience advising governments, financiers, supranationals and other local and multinational corporates
on transactions and projects such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, equity and debt capital markets, oil and gas, project development, insurance and tax structuring inward and outward Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa. Chidi has advised on transactions with a cumulative value in excess of US$20 billion.

Chidi’s previous experience includes a role with the corporate and commercial group at Nigerian law firm, Aluko & Oyebode, and a secondment at the London offices of Slaughter and May. He obtained his law degree from the University of Nigeria, and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

Oluwaseun Osineye

Quantity Surveyor

Oluwaseun is a seasoned Nigerian Registered and Chartered Quantity surveyor and has over seven years of industry experience across four industries including Consultancy, Contracting, Insurance and Real Estate. He currently leads the Quantity Surveying functions at Alaro City.

Before joining Rendeavour, Oluwaseun has led similar functions at AXA (AXA Mansard), Mar and Mor Engineering Services Ltd, Sea Surveyors Ltd and worked with a leading residential developer most notable for their Lakowe Lakes Golf and Country Estate.

Paul Isibor

Financial Accountant

Paul is a finance professional and a chartered accountant with experience in performance evaluation, management reporting, consulting & financial analysis/modelling.

He honed his professional skills at PwC working in the management consulting unit for 3 years. Paul is adept at process review, evaluation and improvement as well as in business analytics.
He emphasizes real value-add to people and teams, and is also capable of independent learning, as well as practical application of skills and knowledge in problem solving.

Qudus Olutosin

Transaction Analyst

Qudus is a corporate strategy analyst with over 3 years of experience in various industries such as Banking, FMCG and Entertainment. He prefers to be known as the problem solver and forever takes pride in ensuring all client/customer issues are dealt with regardless of the type of industry he finds himself in.

He previously worked as a strategy analyst at Access Bank Plc, playing a vital role in aligning the strategies of old Access Bank and Diamond Bank to become Nigeria’s biggest bank. He also served as a financial controller & In-house accountant at EmPawa Africa, where he ensured all financial concerns of the company and its artists/producers were dealt with appropriately.

Qudus holds a BSc in Mathematics with Economics. Additionally, He holds a Masters in Finance and Management both from Loughborough University in the United Kingdom.


Real Estate Advisor

Bukola Lawal is a Nigerian qualified lawyer with a Msc in Finance and Finance Law from the University of London. Prior to joining Rendeavour, Bukola worked at Standard Bank Offshore and Stanbic IBTC Bank as the Offshore Manager and Relationship Manager respectively. At Standard Bank Offshore, she was the Manager responsible for growing the offshore business in Nigeria and Ghana. At Stanbic IBTC, she was a Relationship Manager in Private Banking and Wealth Advisory responsible for managing high net-worth Individuals. She is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators, London.

Andem Effiom

Real Estate Advisor

Andem has over 14 years of sales and business development experience with one of the top 3 commercial banks in Nigeria. During this period, he developed multidisciplinary skills and cross-functional competencies that are critical to planning and executing strategy with a high level of precision, resulting in efficient service delivery and bottom-line profitability in commercial, retail and public sector banking.
